They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help.

Charlie Durbin and his staff are kind and caring, they take the time to listen and ask questions. I have taken many animals to them such as dogs, cats, and even a pet duck. For the larger animals they come out to the farm and take care of my pet goats, horses and calves. They have always made time to get my critters in on emergencies and come out at night when I have had emergencies with larger animals. Prices are reasonable and fair and he lets us know when he proposes to do something expensive. Facility is clean and had a recent addition made.
